New Customer:

In case this is your first order, we are doing our utmost to make this first step as simple as possible while keeping up with the bespoke HARNOIS spirit and providing you with the best possible fitting in the least amount of time. You can choose among our measuring methods (LINK), the one that is most convenient to you.
In any first time order case, we will first provide you with a test shirt:

　　Easy sizing

Neck and sleeve length measures are the only requirements. We will tailor your shirt according to enhanced ready-made patterns. Kindly let us know your weight and height as well for our pattern making. Fine tuning of your measures will be possible throughout your future orders.

　　Send us a sample shirt

If you prefer not to take measurements, you can mail us your best fitting shirt eventually with corrections if one specific part is not perfect (eg. collar +1cm or waist -3cm). We will take the necessary measurements in our atelier, take into consideration your corrections (if any) and return your shirt along with your order.

　　Measurements at your home(simply measure one of your own shirt)

If you have a shirt that already fits your sizes you can also measure it following our simple instructions. This will take about five minutes, all you need is a tape measure!

Existing customer: Your measurements are preciously stored

If you are already an Harnois shirt client, the information you gave us upon your last order are safely stored in our tailoring database. Unless you notify us of any changes you wish to make in your measurements, we will make your orders based on these information

If your last order fits perfectly, we will make the new shirts according to the exact same measurements.

　　If your measurements have changed

Simply notice us of your measurements changes compared to your previous shirts.（eg：collar -1cm,　Waist +2cm, etc.）
